TECHNICIAN (KUALA LUMPUR)

Job Responsibilities:
- To carry out repairs for machines and equipment that are malfunction
- To perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration activities for air conditioning systems, including cleaning filters, coils and components and checking refrigerant levels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in malfunctioning air conditioning systems, identifying faulty components and recommending necessary repairs.
- Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, fans, motors, thermostats and electrical wiring to restore proper system functionality.
- To update and maintain maintenance records
- To source and maintain spare part inventory
- Responding to service calls and emergency repairs
- Other related duties as assigned by engineer
- Any task given by the immediate supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or Diploma holder with relevant working experiences. Fresh graduate is accepted.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- Additional Technical certification in relevant area (mechanical, electrical, etc) would be an added advantage
- Registered with Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) is an added advantage
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
