Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation & cooking dishes on the hot line
- Follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Prepare ingredients and dishes in accordance with the kitchen requirement, ensuring all food is cooked and presented correctly
- Assist in the management of stock levels, ensuring that all ingredients are stored properly and used efficiently
- Assist in monitoring and controlling waste and portion sizes
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Training provided
