We are looking for a motivated and experienced  Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the service team, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining service quality in our food & beverage establishment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the service crew to ensure smooth daily operations
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to uphold service standards
• Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the dining area
• Assist in staff scheduling, shift planning, and task delegation
• Support front-line service during peak hours, including taking orders and serving food
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure efficiency
• Conduct regular checks on food presentation, service speed, and overall guest experience
• Uphold restaurant policies, health, and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
