We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the service team, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining service quality in our food & beverage establishment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the service crew to ensure smooth daily operations
- Train, mentor, and guide team members to uphold service standards
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the dining area
- Assist in staff scheduling, shift planning, and task delegation
- Support front-line service during peak hours, including taking orders and serving food
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure efficiency
- Conduct regular checks on food presentation, service speed, and overall guest experience
- Uphold restaurant policies, health, and safety regulations
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
