We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus, take customer orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
• Check tables regularly to ensure guests have everything they need
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Set up and clean tables, ensuring a tidy dining environment
• Process payments and issue receipts using POS systems
• Follow health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards
• Assist in opening and closing duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage
