We are looking for Bakers and Commis to support the Chef De Partie in preparation of different types of bread.
Job Requirements and skills
- Experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef or similar role
- Familiar with ingredients and with all kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, oven.
- Good understanding of food safety practices
- Able to withstand standing for long hours in the work premise
- Certification from a culinary school or previous employment in bakery factories is an added advantage but not a necessity.
