Job Responsibilities:
- Attend front office briefings and log daily updates
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest reservations
- Handle room keys, messages, mail, and guest requests
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Maintain a neat front desk and ensure sufficient supplies
- Assist with reports, guest inquiries, and coordination with other departments
- Address minor guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Process wake-up calls, incoming/outgoing calls, and faxes
- Stay informed about hotel functions and emergency procedures
- Support other front office sections when required
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
