Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend front office briefings and log daily updates
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest reservations
  • Handle room keys, messages, mail, and guest requests
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service
  • Maintain a neat front desk and ensure sufficient supplies
  • Assist with reports, guest inquiries, and coordination with other departments
  • Address minor guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Process wake-up calls, incoming/outgoing calls, and faxes
  • Stay informed about hotel functions and emergency procedures
  • Support other front office sections when required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
