Job Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support end users across the company (this may be in person, over the phone or remote)
- Ensure licensing and software compliance
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- To institute preventive and corrective maintenance to IT resources within company.
- Maintain and update documentation related to the above
Job Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years experience
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related studies (Business IT, Information Systems)
- Planning & Organizing skills
- Basic understanding of programming language concepts.
- Practical understanding of IT policies and procedures and their implementation.
- Practical and technical understanding of networking implementation and security
- Able to work in team and work under pressure
- Good/Fair written and spoken English
- Possess own transport
