Position: HR Officer (Handling Foreign Worker)
Working Location: Kempas, Johor Bahru
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage foreign worker documentation, including permit renewals, visa applications, special passes, and check-out memos
- Renew FOMEMA and organize medical examinations for foreign workers
- Communicate with government authorities (JTK, Embassy, Immigration) regarding foreign worker-related activities
- Monitor accommodations, flight tickets, and related logistics for workers
- Ensure accurate documentation and update worker data for SOCSO, bank, and FOMEMA
- Handle police reports for runaway workers and assist with immigration requirements for permit cancellations
- Collaborate with foreign worker agents for documentation support
- Enforce discipline among foreign workers
- Perform other duties as assigned by HOD
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience required
