Position: HR Officer (Payroll)
Location: Kempas, Johor Bahru
Job Responsibilities:
- Support superiors in implementing Training, Career Development, and Retention initiatives
- Evaluate team members’ performance, providing targeted training to address any gaps
- Ensure timely statutory deductions and payments (SOCSO, EPF, PCB, loans, etc)
- Draft and issue memos and circulars for public awareness and policy compliance
- Assist with additional tasks and assignments as required
- Prepare Form EA/E annually
- Maintain staffing levels for operational efficiency
- Ensure timely monthly payroll processing
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience required
