Position: Operations Officer
Location: Kempas/ Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify and process orders, ensuring accuracy in customer details, lorry type, and deadlines
- Plan and schedule daily operations while monitoring driver movements
- Conduct briefings, follow-ups, and handle customer complaints
- Manage transport documents, driver claims, and daily movement reports
- Liaise with Admin/HR on driver and lorry status
- Perform other duties assigned by the Operation Manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in microsoft office
- Logistics knowledge is a plus
