Job Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of automotive parts and accessories
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring the quality and quantity match the order
- Organize stock in the warehouse for easy access and retrieval
Receiving and Dispatching Goods:
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt of materials and products from suppliers
- Prepare products for dispatch, ensuring orders are complete and ready for delivery
- Coordinate with the logistics team for outgoing shipments and proper documentation
Stock Control:
- Maintain detailed records of stock movements (inbound and outbound)
- Update and track inventory in the warehouse management system
- Ensure proper storage of items to prevent damage or loss
Warehouse Maintenance:
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Ensure that goods are stored according to safety guidelines and regulations
