Job Responsibilities:

Staff Supervision:

• Supervise and manage the restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and cleaners
• Ensure staff are trained and adhere to restaurant policies, including customer service and health standards
• Delegate tasks to team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations

• Greet and assist customers, addressing any issues or complaints promptly
• Ensure high standards of service are provided to guests at all times
• Monitor customer satisfaction and handle feedback

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure that the restaurant runs efficiently
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Ensure food and beverage orders are prepared and served promptly
• Maintain stock levels and ensure proper inventory management
