Job Responsibilities:
Staff Supervision:
- Supervise and manage the restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and cleaners
- Ensure staff are trained and adhere to restaurant policies, including customer service and health standards
- Delegate tasks to team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations
Customer Service Management:
- Greet and assist customers, addressing any issues or complaints promptly
- Ensure high standards of service are provided to guests at all times
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle feedback
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure that the restaurant runs efficiently
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Ensure food and beverage orders are prepared and served promptly
- Maintain stock levels and ensure proper inventory management
