Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
- Foster a positive work culture, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and discretion in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in HR software & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
