Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for all customers
- Drive sales growth and contribute to outlet success
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle daily retail operations, including promotions and in-store activities
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally
- Maintain store standards to reflect the brand image
- Provide regular reports to management on store performance and staff-related matters
- Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (advantageous)
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating within a customer service role or environment in the skincare industry
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Energetic, cheerful, and outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Strong leadership skills – independent, self-motivated, and creative
- Excellent communication and selling skills to drive campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Knowledge of skincare, body care, and beauty (advantageous)
