Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure and prepare meal ingredients as directed by the Chef de Partie
• Assist in seasoning meats, washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits
• Prepare basic salads and sauces following chef instructions
• Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring quality and accuracy of orders
• Monitor inventory and notify the supervisor of low or depleted stock
• Discard expired or spoiled food from stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers
• Maintain clean and sanitized workstations, following hygiene standards
• Plate and present dishes as per chef instructions

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, certification, or associate’s degree in Culinary Arts (plus)
• Valid food handler's license
• Proven experience in a commercial kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Physically fit to stand for long hours & work under pressure
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
