Position: Assistant Operation Supervisor (ACMV) in Singapore
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Advantage: Holding a Singapore Class 3 Driving License
Job Scope:
- Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements
- Supervise ACMV servicing, maintenance, and repair works
- Provide effective solutions and recommendations to clients
- Coordinate scheduling and worker allocation with the operations team
- Support on-site teams with technical issues and troubleshooting
- Handle VRV systems, chilled water systems, and all HVAC systems
- Assist the senior operations supervisor in daily tasks
- Manage collection of materials, equipment, and spare parts when needed
- Monitor and control stock IN/ OUT
Basic Requirements:
- Experience in ACMV/ HVAC systems (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation)
- Preferably with a background in site supervision, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Diploma or NITEC/ Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
- Candidates with relevant work experience in ACMV servicing, maintenance, and repair may be considered even without formal education requirements
