Job Responsibilities:
- Guest Service & Order Taking: Welcome guests, explain menu especially rare cuts, and key in orders accurately using POS/iPad
- Grilling & Food Preparation: Grill rare cuts to medium rare, follow correct portioning, and serve dishes in proper sequence
- Efficiency & Cleanliness: Ensure quick table turnover, maintain a clean dining area, and complete service within allocated session time
- Menu Expertise: Understand seasoning, beef cuts, and cooking techniques to provide excellent recommendations

- Passionate about F&B & customer service
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed & strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work weekends & public holidays
- Open to outlet transfers if required
- Comfortable working in a pork-free restaurant
