Artigusto Sdn Bhd is hiring a Kitchen and Service Crew member

He/She must provide excellent customer service, prepare and churn gelato, handle cash transactions, and maintain shop cleanliness. Ideal candidates should be friendly, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude
• Scoop and serve gelato in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide information about flavors and assist customers in making selections
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide accurate change
• Responsible for preparing and cooking waffles and cones according to standard recipes and quality guidelines
• Prepare and churn gelato according to the given recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gelato display, kitchen and shop area
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
