Job Responsibilities:

1) Customer Support:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering accurate and timely responses
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high-quality support
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat professionally
  • Maintain high marketplace ratings and reviews through excellent service

2) Operations & Fulfillment:

  • Process daily e-commerce orders and ensure on-time fulfillment
  • Use Ecommerce software & Marketplace tools to manage client brand operations
  • Work closely with internal teams (Ecommerce, Marketing, Logistics, Finance) for smooth workflow
  • Assist with inventory management to ensure stock accuracy
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements for better service
  • Support the Ecommerce Executive with day-to-day operations and monthly reporting

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field (minimum requirement)
  • 5.5-day work week (Monday – Saturday)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Strong communication skills – comfortable handling different customer types
  • Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Problem-solving mindset – ability to resolve customer queries quickly & independently
  • Detail-oriented, hands-on, and resourceful
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
