We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Waiter to join our team!
The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to customers according to restaurant standards
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Ensure guests' needs are met throughout their dining experience
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables before, during, and after service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately
