Job Responsibilities:
- Rotate through various departments to gain hands-on experience
- Assist in day-to-day operations and learn company processes
- Work closely with managers to identify areas for improvement
- Contribute to team projects and meet company goals
- Develop skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or in progress (preferably in Business, Management, or related fields)
- Strong communication and leadership potential
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively
- Previous internship or experience in a business environment is a plus
