We are seeking a talented and experienced Outlet Chef to lead our kitchen team, oversee daily operations, and ensure top-notch food quality and customer satisfaction. The Outlet Chef will manage menu creation, kitchen staff, inventory, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menu items, ensuring quality and variety
- Supervise kitchen staff, including training and scheduling
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Monitor food costs and work with management on budgeting
- Address customer feedback and ensure high service standards
- Stay updated with culinary trends and innovations
