We are seeking a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. The Commis Chef will assist with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene under the supervision of senior chefs. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and menu specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Ensure proper food storage and handling to meet safety and hygiene standards
• Follow instructions from senior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Prepare ingredients, chop vegetables, and handle simple cooking tasks
• Assist in plating dishes and ensuring high-quality presentation
• Monitor stock levels and inform senior chefs when supplies need replenishing
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
