We are looking for a skilled and efficient Kitchen Cutter to join our kitchen team. The Kitchen Cutter will be responsible for preparing and cutting ingredients to meet recipe specifications, ensuring high standards of food quality, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of food preparation and knife skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cut, chop, and prepare vegetables, fruits, meats, and other ingredients as required
• Ensure all ingredients are prepared according to the specifications of the menu or recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cutting station and kitchen area
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards while handling and preparing ingredients
• Assist other kitchen staff with food preparation as needed
• Handle kitchen tools and equipment, such as knives and slicers, safely and efficiently
• Ensure that all ingredients are stored properly after cutting to maintain freshness and prevent contamination
• Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries for quality and freshness
