We are looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Chef to support the Head Chef in kitchen operations. The Assistant Chef will assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. This role requires a passion for food, strong teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking according to the menu and recipes
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the standards
- Help with inventory management, ordering ingredients, and ensuring proper storage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in training and supervising kitchen staff
- Support the Head Chef in menu planning and development
- Handle special requests and customer dietary needs as needed
- Work efficiently under pressure and ensure smooth kitchen operations
