We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee all kitchen operations. The Head Chef will be responsible for menu creation, food preparation, kitchen staff management, and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for cooking, and the ability to work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Create and design innovative menus, ensuring variety and seasonal ingredient usage
  • Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet high standards
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies, managing food costs and minimizing waste
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the kitchen
  • Develop and implement new recipes, techniques, and culinary trends
  • Handle customer complaints or special requests regarding food preparation
  • Manage kitchen equipment, ensuring it is properly maintained and cleaned
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to create a positive dining experience
