We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlet Assistant Barista to support the barista team in delivering exceptional coffee and beverage service. The Assistant Barista will assist in preparing drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about coffee and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Barista in preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages
- Keep the barista station clean and organized, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained
- Greet customers and take their orders with a friendly, professional attitude
- Monitor inventory and inform the Barista when supplies need replenishing
- Ensure all beverages are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer requests and inquiries
- Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness guidelines in the outlet
- Assist in cleaning tasks, including washing utensils, coffee machines, and equipment
