We are seeking a skilled Wok Chef to join our culinary team. The Wok Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes using the wok, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation. The ideal candidate should have experience with Asian cuisine and wok cooking techniques, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food using the wok, following recipes and menu specifications
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the restaurant’s standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations
• Monitor and manage the cooking process to ensure food is cooked to perfection
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of ingredients
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours
• Assist in developing new wok-based menu items or specials
• Handle special dietary requests and customize dishes as needed
• Maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring woks and other tools are properly cleaned and maintained
