Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through friendly interactions, recommendations, and personalized service
- Prepare and serve high-quality burgers, ensuring all food meets myBurgerLab’s standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Use tools such as checklists, station guides, thermometers, and timers to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Take customer orders, engage in friendly conversations, and provide thoughtful recommendations
- Manage customer expectations and ensure they have a memorable dining experience
- Adapt to a dynamic environment, handle pressure, and work efficiently during peak hours
Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate in English and Malay (additional languages like Mandarin or Tamil are a plus!)
- No experience? No problem! Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply
- Strong sense of urgency, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Friendly, cheerful, and a great team player
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
