Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through friendly interaction, personalized recommendations, and great service
- Prepare high-quality burgers by ensuring all ingredients are cooked, assembled, and served according to myBurgerLab’s strict quality standards
- Adapt to a fast-paced restaurant environment and handle challenges effectively
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain food quality, hygiene, and a well-organized kitchen
- Utilize checklists, station guides, thermometers, timers, and other tools to ensure efficiency
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Take customer orders, engage in meaningful interactions, and provide thoughtful recommendations
- Manage customer expectations to ensure a pleasant dining experience at any myBurgerLab outlet
Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate in English and Malay (additional languages like Mandarin or Tamil are a plus)
- Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply—no experience required!
- Strong sense of urgency, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Pleasant, friendly, cheerful, and a great team player
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
