Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality food
- Ensure all food and beverages meet myBurgerLab’s quality and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and minimize wastage
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues professionally
- Train and guide team members to improve their skills and performance
- Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving store targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Approachable, customer-oriented, and able to handle challenges effectively
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Based in myBurgerLab Seapark & Sunway
