As a Barista at YuBake Coffee, you will play a key role in crafting delicious coffee and beverages while providing outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty artisan beverages
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and equipment
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, describe menu items, make recommendations, and process orders and payments
  • Stock Management: Order, receive, and organize stock supplies to ensure smooth operation
  • Seating Area Upkeep: Ensure the service and seating areas are clean and welcoming for all guests
  • Inventory Management: Regularly check and manage stock inventory to maintain adequate supplies

Additional Requirements for Senior Barista Role:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a barista or similar role is preferred
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example, mentor junior staff, and manage shifts when necessary
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and operational challenges effectively
