Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the physical setup and teardown of events, including stage, booths, decorations, audio/visual equipment, and signage
• Liaise with event vendors and partners, ensuring all requirements and agreements are fulfilled
• Support the marketing team in executing pre-event, during-event, and post-event promotional campaigns
• Help create promotional materials, including flyers, social media posts, and email newsletters
• Conduct research to identify new marketing trends, potential target audiences, and competitor activity. Report on findings to help improve future marketing campaigns
• Any ad-hoc task related with marketing
