Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales and purchase administrative tasks, including processing sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Maintain and update customer and supplier records in the system
  • Coordinate with the sales team, suppliers, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Prepare and manage quotations, delivery orders, and related documents
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory tracking
  • Assist in tracking payments, follow-ups, and basic finance-related tasks
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence with customers and suppliers
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software & Autocount Accounting software
  • Basic communication skills in Mandarin, Malay, and English
  • Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively
