Job Responsibilities:
- Handle sales and purchase administrative tasks, including processing sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices
- Maintain and update customer and supplier records in the system
- Coordinate with the sales team, suppliers, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Prepare and manage quotations, delivery orders, and related documents
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory tracking
- Assist in tracking payments, follow-ups, and basic finance-related tasks
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence with customers and suppliers
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software & Autocount Accounting software
- Basic communication skills in Mandarin, Malay, and English
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively
