As a Quality Control Executive at UPAC Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our manufacturing processes and products. This position involves implementing and maintaining robust quality control systems to meet industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and final products to identify and resolve quality issues
• Develop and document quality control procedures to maintain product consistency
• Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other industry standards, regulations, and internal policies
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
• Continuously optimize quality control processes for enhanced efficiency
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and implement corrective actions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ISO standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying and resolving quality issues
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
