Salary Range : RM 2,500.00 – 3,500.00

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare payment vouchers, issue cheques, and record payment transactions in the accounting system
- Verify receipts and update cashbook
- Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain financial records and prepare financial reports
- Handle petty cash management
- Support the holding company’s daily operations
- File and organize financial documents
- Handle part/full set of accounts
- Perform other tasks assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in a related field
- Skilled in bookkeeping, double-entry accounting, and SQL accounting software
- Able to handle multi-tasking efficiently
- A good team player, self-motivated, responsible, and confident
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines
