Job Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers to gain export/import inquiries
- Communicate with overseas agents via email for inquiries
- Obtain and quote competitive shipping rates for Sea Freight, Air Freight, Customs Forwarding, Warehousing, and Door Delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities through indoor sales efforts
- Share insights with the sales team to improve service offerings
- Follow up on quotes and negotiate rates to secure business and increase revenue
- Negotiate costs to maximize profitability and secure bookings
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries
- Report customer complaints to management for quick resolution
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
