Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team of retail associates to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization
• Monitor and analyze store performance, using sales data to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to create an appealing shopping environment
• Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly
• Manage stock levels, order products, and oversee deliveries to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with store management to drive promotions, sales initiatives, and customer loyalty programs

Job Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
• Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of sales and inventory management systems
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
