Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management and team members
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and other team members as needed
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics and communication with external and internal stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of senior management
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, agendas, and minutes
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations
  • Provide backup support for other administrative roles as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Assist with stock arrangement & product displays
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
