Job Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management and team members
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and other team members as needed
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics and communication with external and internal stakeholders
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of senior management
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, agendas, and minutes
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations
- Provide backup support for other administrative roles as needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Assist with stock arrangement & product displays
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
