Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations based on their needs
- Ensure that all store areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and product displays
- Process customer transactions at the point of sale (POS) accurately and efficiently
- Help with customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries, ensuring satisfaction at all times
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies
- Participate in regular stocktaking and inventory checks
- Assist in the preparation and execution of store promotions and events
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm, professional manner, aiming for a resolution
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards
- Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe shopping environment for customers and staff
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
