Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to perform at their best
- Manage schedules, monitor stock levels, and ensure smooth operations
- Plan manpower needs, recruit, and identify training opportunities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and legally compliant restaurant with a focus on continuous improvement
- Oversee waste management, recycling, and energy usage
- Manage costs while improving customer experience
- Drive sales across all channels and grow the restaurant sustainably
- Focus on managing operating costs to boost profitability and performance
- Execute local and national marketing plans to attract customers
- Review and ensure timely, accurate, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Ensure the team understands and aligns with the restaurant's vision and goals
- Engage with and recognize team members to foster a positive work environment
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Minimum qualification: Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or Diploma/Degree in Food & Service Management
- Strong passion for food preparation and serving, with a focus on delivering a great dining experience
- Strong leadership skills: proactive, resourceful, problem-solving, and result-oriented
- Effective time management, delegation, and financial interpretation (Profit & Loss)
- Humble, open to learning, and receptive to feedback
- Capable of developing and motivating others; a natural leader
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
