Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service with passion and enthusiasm
- Prepare and serve all Nando’s products according to cooking and serving guidelines
- Ensure food quality meets Nando’s recipe standards
- Complete food orders on time while maintaining efficiency
- Check and maintain stock levels as needed
- Take care of restaurant equipment and ensure proper functionality
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant, including personal uniform
Job Requirements:
- Positive, enthusiastic personality with a bright smile
- Independent, proactive, and a good team player
- Strong attention to detail with good planning and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum age: 17 years old
- Open to school leavers, housewives, and retirees
- Malaysian citizens only
