Salary Range : RM 2,500.00 – 6,000.00

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Chinese kitchen team
  • Plan and prepare authentic Chinese dishes with high quality
  • Ensure food presentation, taste, and hygiene meet standards
  • Create menus and control food cost and inventory
  • Train kitchen staff and maintain smooth kitchen operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with other departments for banquet or event needs

Job Requirements:

  • Citizenship: Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) only
  • Expertise: Strong proficiency in Chinese cooking techniques
  • Experience: Background in hotels or convention centers
  • Work Environment: Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
  • Regulations & Safety:
    • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
    • Understanding of food sanitation standards
