Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate banquet staff during events
- Ensure smooth setup, service, and breakdown of banquet functions
- Communicate event details and guest needs to the team
- Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when needed
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with venue policies
- Report to the Banquet Manager and assist with other duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Citizenship: Malaysian citizens only
- Experience:
- Banquet operations, event setup, and service flow
- Background in hotels or convention centers
- Work Environment: Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate banquet staff
- Urgency: Position is urgently needed
