Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative and clerical support
  • Handling incoming inquiries and correspondence, both written and verbal, and directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Assisting with data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks as required
  • Supporting the team with any other ad-hoc duties as needed

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in using common office software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
