Job Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative and clerical support
- Handling incoming inquiries and correspondence, both written and verbal, and directing them to the appropriate team members
- Assisting with data entry, report preparation, and other administrative tasks as required
- Supporting the team with any other ad-hoc duties as needed
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in using common office software, including Microsoft Office suite
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
