Job Responsibilities:

  • Communication & Correspondence:
    • Handle office emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Office Administration & Organization:
    • Maintain and organize company records (both physical and digital)
    • Manage filing systems to ensure systematic record-keeping
    • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Scheduling & Coordination:
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales and project team
  • Marketing & Sales Support:
    • Perform marketing calls to assist the sales team
  • Finance & Documentation:
    • Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as required
    • Assist in data entry, document preparation, and basic bookkeeping
    • Keep track of company expenses and manage petty cash
  • General Support:
    • Assist in day-to-day administrative operations
    • Provide support to other departments when required
    • Perform any other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Possess at least SPM/STPM/Certificate qualification
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of related working experience is an advantage
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Personal Traits: Good attitude, disciplined, motivated, and willing to learn
    • Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English & Malay
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry
    • Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
