Job Responsibilities:
- Communication & Correspondence:
- Handle office emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Office Administration & Organization:
- Maintain and organize company records (both physical and digital)
- Manage filing systems to ensure systematic record-keeping
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales and project team
- Marketing & Sales Support:
- Perform marketing calls to assist the sales team
- Finance & Documentation:
- Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as required
- Assist in data entry, document preparation, and basic bookkeeping
- Keep track of company expenses and manage petty cash
- General Support:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative operations
- Provide support to other departments when required
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Education:
- Possess at least SPM/STPM/Certificate qualification
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of related working experience is an advantage
- Skills & Competencies:
- Personal Traits: Good attitude, disciplined, motivated, and willing to learn
- Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English & Malay
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
