Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other documents
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle general inquiries
  • Support office operations and coordinate with other departments
  • Manage office supplies and handle basic filing
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager

Job Requirements:

  • Gender & Age: Female, 18 – 40 years old
  • Education: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic computer operation skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
