Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks and documentation
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other documents
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle general inquiries
- Support office operations and coordinate with other departments
- Manage office supplies and handle basic filing
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager
Job Requirements:
- Gender & Age: Female, 18 – 40 years old
- Education: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Technical Skills:
- Basic computer operation skills
