Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including basic salary and overtime calculations
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Maintain and update employee payroll records
• Generate payroll reports and assist in preparing monthly finance reports
• Collaborate to update payroll policies and procedures
• Provide comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, employee onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, HRIS management, and performance management
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Coordinate employee benefits, training, and development programs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives within the HR department

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in payroll processing and administration
• Knowledge of payroll software and HRMS SQL
• Familiarity with federal and state payroll regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
