Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional consultation on bank loan applications
- Assist clients in understanding loan eligibility, application procedures, and required documents
- Maintain and update customer records accurately
- Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Basic computer skills required
- Responsible, proactive, and highly motivated
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu (priority), English & Chinese (spoken & written)
- No experience required – full training provided
- Female candidates only, aged below 40 years old
