• Performance Management – Do you have the ability to design and implement KPIs for a new division from the ground up?

Job Requirements

• Proven Expertise in Remote HR – Experience in HR strategy, workforce engagement, and recruitment in a fully remote setting
• Tech-Savvy – Proficiency with Trello, Monday.com, Google Workspace, Zoom, Skype, and Teams
• Self-Discipline & Time Management – Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Strong Communication Skills – Transparent and proactive communication with remote teams
• Previous Remote Work Experience – Essential for success in this role
